Fees and Insurance

 

 - Sessions are 50 minutes long.  My fee is $180 per session.   

 

 - I accept checks, major credit cards, FSA and HSA cards.

 

 - If I am a member of your insurance plan I will bill them monthly and collect your co-pay from you.

 

 - If I am not a member of your insurance plan, I am considered an out of network provider for you.  I will supply you with a reimbursement form that you can submit to your insurance company.  Check with your employer as you may be able to apply pre-tax (flex spending) money to pay for your sessions.
