How I Can Help
Through my training and experience I have learned that the first step towards dealing successfully with lifes challenges is understanding how we experience them. Looking at what thoughts and feelings arise with challenging situations. Are these thoughts and feelings supporting you dealing with the situation or do they cause you more pain? What are your strengths? The second step is to challenge unsupportive thoughts and feelings, strengthen supportive ones and create new effective ones. The fourth step, say it with me, practice what we have learned! If we bravely practice new ways of being with challenging situations we find relief, plain and simple.
My job is to collaborate with you each step along the way. First we will figure out if we are a good fit. If we decide to work together we will jump right in and gain a deeper understanding of what you are dealing with. Then we will figure out what types of tools and strategies will work for you, i.e. tools using the Mind, Body and Spirit. I like to think of this as re-wiring your brain and body to be more efficient, engaged and relaxed in order to manifest what you want.
I provide the physical and emotionaI space for this work. I also provide the necessary tools. You supply your presence and openness. We will meet weekly. For how long, you ask? Everyone has a different journey. When you feel you have made the progress you were hoping to make we will sit together and examine what the next step is for you.
